Overview
Alan Leet, a partner in Rogers & Hardin’s corporate group has over 25 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, securities matters and business transactions.
Al has experience in a wide variety of corporate transactions, including mergers, asset and stock acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic alliances, strategic investments and leveraged buy-outs. In addition, Al has advised boards of directors and board committees on matters relating to corporate governance issues, M&A transactions and takeover defenses. Al has also represented clients in connection with various corporate finance transactions, including public and private equity and debt offerings.
During 1993 to 1994, Al took a leave of absence from the firm in order to serve as Counsel to the Central Law Department of Commerzbank AG in Frankfurt, Germany, where he advised the bank on U.S. law issues and transactional matters. Prior to law school, Al was a certified public accountant and a member of the audit staff of one of the “Big Eight” international accounting firms.
