Brendan J. Shea is an associate in Rogers & Hardin’s corporate group. His practice is concentrated in the area of corporate law, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, securities law, corporate finance and corporate governance.
Prior to joining Rogers & Hardin, Brendan was an associate at Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP in New York, where he represented clients in a variety of complex corporate matters, including public and private mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings and shareholder activism and defense.
Brendan received his B.A., summa cum laude, from the University of Notre Dame, his M.A.R., cum laude, from Yale University and his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law.
