C. B. Rogers is a founding partner of Rogers & Hardin LLP. Mr. Rogers’ practice focuses on corporate and commercial litigation. He has tried hundreds of cases, jury and non-jury, in state and federal courts.

Representative Experience

• Representing the major airlines in Atlanta’s Midfield litigation;
• Representing broker-dealers in class action and individual plaintiff cases;
• Representing plaintiffs and defendants in cases involving contract disputes, claims of fraud, etc.;
