Catherine M. Bennett is an experienced litigator who focuses her practice on complex litigation matters, including class actions, securities, RICO, and state law matters.

She has taught at Georgia State University Law School and was a member of the Central Staff of the Georgia Court of Appeals.

Representative Experience

  • Representation of individuals in connection with securities claims arising out of a buy/sell agreement in federal district court and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals
  • Representation of a national law firm in connection with securities and state law claims in federal district court
