Overview
David Thunhorst's practice is focused primarily on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, securities matters, business transactions and commercial law.
Mr. Thunhorst has experience in a wide variety of corporate and securities transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and corporate financing transactions. In addition, Mr. Thunhorst advises boards of directors and special committees on matters relating to corporate governance issues, change of control transactions, proxy contests and takeover defenses. Mr. Thunhorst also has significant experience counseling financially troubled companies and their Boards of Directors and assisting clients in workouts and restructuring transactions.
Prior to joining Rogers & Hardin, Mr. Thunhorst practiced with a prominent Delaware law firm.
