Lori A. Gelchion

Overview

Lori A. Gelchion is a partner in Rogers & Hardin’s corporate group. Her practice is concentrated in securities, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance. Lori’s experience in securities matters includes the representation of issuers in initial public offerings, "shelf" offerings, private placement transactions, exchange and tender offers, subscription rights offerings, and SEC reporting and disclosure requirements. Lori also represents public and private companies as both buyers and sellers in merger, acquisition and disposition transactions as well as in general corporate matters.
