Robert C. Hussle

Overview

Bob Hussle, a partner in Rogers & Hardin’s corporate group, has more than 20 years of experience in advising private and public companies in their capital raising and merger and acquisition activities.

Bob’s experience includes representing issuers in public and private offerings of debt and equity securities, advising public companies regarding disclosure and other reporting obligations, forming investment funds and advising a variety of buyers and sellers in their acquisitions and disposition of other companies, divisions or assets.

• Representation of premier Atlanta-based private equity fund in connection with its acquisition of a human resources software and services company
• Representation of NYSE-listed financial services company in connection with its initial public offering
• Representation of Nasdaq-listed telecommunications companies in multiple private placements, raising in excess of $150,000,000
• Representation of one of the country’s largest timberland investment funds in connection with its formation and capital raise
• Representation of Nasdaq-listed telecommunications company in connection with its acquisition of several public companies and the disposition of several operating divisions
• Representation of large private technology company in connection with its venture capital investing activities
• Representation of several publicly traded telecommunications companies in connection with their acquisitions of privately held businesses
• Representation of NYSE-listed steel products company in connection with its $100 million senior secured note offering and related exchange offer
