Pro Bono
Associates at Rogers & Hardin are encouraged to identify and work on pro bono matters. Time spent working on pro bono matters is taken into consideration when making associate bonus decisions.
Evaluation Process
Performance reviews and feedback sessions are conducted on an annual basis. Mid-year reviews are held for associates nearing partnership consideration so that the firm can assist the associate and provide guidance on becoming a partner at Rogers & Hardin. Ongoing informal feedback is encouraged within client teams and between the associates and their mentors.
