As a well credentialed, mid-size firm, Rogers & Hardin is committed to providing ongoing training and development to our Attorneys. Due to the size of the firm, we are able to successfully provide one-on-one training opportunities with Partners on a consistent basis. From early in an Associate’s career at Rogers & Hardin, hands-on instruction provides invaluable learning and opportunities for professional development.
Rogers & Hardin has an Associate Career Committee comprised of Partners who are charged with developing and improving current initiatives and providing new programs in the areas of Lateral Attorney and Law School Recruiting, Summer Associate Program, Associate Mentoring, Associate Training and Development, and Associate Performance Evaluation and Feedback.
Structured opportunities for associates to learn essential skills and knowledge include monthly associate luncheons, monthly practice lunch-and-learn meetings, and other workshops where beneficial and educational information enhances and further advances an associate’s career at Rogers & Hardin. Participation in the direction and leadership of firm initiatives is encouraged, and associates serve on a variety of committees, including the Paralegal and Caseworker Advisory Committee and the Technology Committee.
An all-attorney retreat is scheduled every other year at an off-site location to further enhance the training and development of attorneys at Rogers & Hardin. This gathering provides networking and recreational opportunities for attorneys between practice groups and on other client teams to share knowledge and ideas that will ultimately provide a higher level of service to our clients. |
