| In selecting candidates for a position as a Summer Associate, Rogers & Hardin interviews both 1L and 2L students who possess a cumulative grade point average of at least 3.5 or are in the top 20% of their law school class. Participation on law review, journal, moot court, or similar activities are important achievements that lead to a well-balanced candidate with the experience to succeed in our program and at Rogers & Hardin.
