Mew recently filed an amicus curiae brief in the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit on behalf of the Georgia Association of Water Professional and the American Council of Engineering Companies of Georgia in the Tri-State Water Rights Litigation. The brief supports reversal of the District Court decision.
