HELPING HEALTHCARE IT COMPANIES GROW:

Atlanta is at the forefront of healthcare IT, leading the nation with over 200 health care IT companies in Georgia.  These companies face the same challenges as other fast-growing technology clients but have the additional burdens of operating within a complex and evolving regulatory, insurance and privacy environment.  This added complexity and scrutiny can be burdensome and taxing without the proper support.

Rogers & Hardin brings experienced counsel and support to healthcare IT clients.  We put our decades of experience in both IT and healthcare to work for each client, helping them solve an array of complex business and regulatory issues.  We support a host of operational, contractual and regulatory needs for companies who face the complexities of safeguarding the privacy and security of medical record information.

Our firm’s service delivery model is particularly well-suited to supporting clients in the healthcare IT sector.  A senior partner takes a hands-on role with each client, eliminating the bottlenecks of layers staffing.  Clients benefit from the firm’s experience across the range of issues needed by healthcare IT companies, yet provided within a mid-size firm structure.
