Associate Attorney Hiring

While Rogers & Hardin puts an emphasis on recruiting and hiring law students who participated in our Summer Associate Program, we encourage highly-credentialed third-year law students, lateral candidates, and judicial clerks who have not spent a summer with us to consider Rogers & Hardin as well.

Rogers & Hardin’s salary and benefits package are extremely competitive with those offered by the top-tier of major Atlanta-based law firms. Effective January 1, 2008, first-year starting salary at Rogers & Hardin is $145,000. Rogers & Hardin also provides Associates with a 401(k) plan including firm and profit sharing contributions and a discretionary merit-based annual bonus program. Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short and long-term disability, flexible spending and health reimbursement accounts and employee assistance program offered to all employees at minimal cost. Dependant coverage is available for purchase.
