Judicial Clerks

More than a quarter of Rogers & Hardin’s litigators are former judicial law clerks. We consider a clerkship a very positive attribute when evaluating candidates for litigation positions. Rogers & Hardin also encourages its summer associates who are interested in clerkships to pursue those opportunities. The breadth of the matters on which a judicial law clerk works and the understanding of the litigation process that results from a clerkship provide an excellent base on which to start a successful career as a litigator.

Rogers & Hardin’s vigorous trial and appellate practice provides many opportunities for clerks to use their experience even shortly after starting at the Firm. R&H looks forward to hearing from judicial law clerks who are seeking post-clerkship employment. In appropriate cases, Rogers & Hardin acknowledges the value that a previous clerkship position brings in salary and partnership track considerations.
