Lateral Hiring

Rogers & Hardin is always interested in meeting well-rounded, academically outstanding, experienced lateral attorneys who can bring to R&H a high level of expertise in their areas of law, and who will share our philosophy of offering outstanding service to clients.

While meeting the needs of our clients, Rogers & Hardin also prides itself on looking for ways we can assist our attorneys in meeting their personal goals. The culture of the Firm is open to offering laterals full-time or part-time work, as well as non-partnership track opportunities. At this time, the Firm has several attorneys who work flexible and/or limited hours. These flexible schedules are not always feasible, but every effort is made to accommodate skilled, part-time attorneys.

If you have approximately two to four years of legal experience, are a member of the bar, and have an outstanding academic and professional background, we look forward to hearing from you.

To contact our Hiring Partner, Dan Zegura, please send your resume, transcript, writing sample and cover letter to our Recruiting Coordinator, Ms. Haley Brumfield, at Rogers & Hardin, 229 Peachtree Street, NE, Suite 2700, Atlanta, GA 30303.
