Mentors

While all of our attorneys contribute to creating a positive summer experience for our guest associates, certain partner and associate teams are assigned to serve as mentors to individual summer associates. These mentors provide work assignments as well as opportunities to attend hearings, trials, closings and the like. Mentors and summer associates are paired based on a variety of factors which include practice area, personal interests, background, and alma mater. Mentors also provide constructive feedback integrating the summer associate into the Rogers & Hardin culture and demonstrating the work ethic that guarantees quality services to our clients.

To contact our Summer Associate Hiring Partner, Jeff Willis, please send your resume, transcript, writing sample and cover letter to our Recruiting Coordinator, Ms. Haley Brumfield, at Rogers & Hardin, 229 Peachtree Street, NE, Suite 2700, Atlanta, GA 30303.
