Caseworker Program

Rogers & Hardin’s Caseworker Program is designed to offer recent college graduates an opportunity to work in a legal environment, directly assisting attorneys and paralegals with case management. Applicants must have the long-range goal of attending law school, and they must have an outstanding collegiate record in order to be considered for a position in our caseworker program.

Rogers & Hardin employs approximately 25 caseworkers on a rotating annual schedule. Some of the undergraduate schools represented in our program are Princeton, Vanderbilt, Rice University, Duke, Wake Forest, Emory University, and Florida State, to name a few. We do not look for any specific degree in the hiring process, but rather the Firm prizes a well-rounded, balanced educational background with applicants showing meaningful summer internships in areas that will inform and develop them intellectually and personally.

The program is designed for those who can commit to work for a minimum of one year before leaving Rogers & Hardin to attend law school (the length of commitment may vary slightly depending on the time of year). We ask for that commitment at the interview, but caseworkers are welcome to stay longer. Some of our caseworkers have elected to work at R&H for more than one year in order to solidify plans for law school or see a case through to the trial phase. We are honored they choose to stay on because this allows us to continue to offer our clients the valued services of these bright, experienced caseworkers.

To be considered for a position in the Caseworker Program, please send your resume and cover letter to our Executive Director, Ms. Shelly Walters, at Rogers & Hardin, 229 Peachtree Street, NE, Suite 2700, Atlanta, GA 30303.
