Katherine L. "Kadie" D'Ambrosio



Kadie D'Ambrosio is a litigation associate at Rogers & Hardin. She represents businesses and individuals in complex civil litigation in federal and state courts.

Before joining the firm, Kadie served as a law clerk to Judge Beverly B. Martin of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit and Justice Walter L. Carpeneti of the Alaska Supreme Court. Kadie was a Yale Public Interest Fellow at the Georgia Advocacy Office, where she represented people with disabilities in federal court.

Kadie received her J.D. from Yale Law School and her B.A. from Wesleyan University.

  • Representing bank in appellate litigation concerning enforceability of class action litigation waivers
  • Member of team representing financial company in litigation and government investigation concerning alleged unfair business practices
  • Representing construction company in prosecution of claims for breach of fiduciary duty and misappropriation of trade secrets
  • Representation of software companies in implementation and software disputes and litigation, including contract disputes and business torts
  • Represented national law firm in suit brought against the firm by the City of Atlanta seeking declaratory, injunctive, and monetary relief 
  • Represented special committee of public company Board of Directors in internal investigation of whether officers and directors engaged in corporate misconduct 
  • Represented individuals in prosecuting claims under the Medicaid Act in federal court, including obtaining affirmance of attorneys’ fee award in the Eleventh Circuit
  • Represented non-profit in litigation concerning its federal authority to conduct investigations and access records of individuals with disabilities
