Associate salaries are reviewed every year and set accordingly. Associate salaries beyond the first year are reviewed and set annually based on individual performance, merit and accomplishments. Numerous benefits are available including a profit sharing program and 401(k) employer matching program where Rogers & Hardin will contribute 50 cents to your 401(k) account for every $1 you contribute, up to the first 5% of your eligible pay.
