The R&H team has handled numerous commercial real estate loans as well as sale-leaseback transactions for our clients over the years, typically involving multiple assets in multiple locations. Our clients have come to expect that their loan and sale/leaseback transactions will be handled efficiently and effectively, by lawyers with knowledge of our clients’ business issues and the ability to focus on the practical issues that might otherwise prove problematic for our clients down the road.

Representative Projects and Transactions

  • Represent tenants in multi-state sale-leaseback transactions with $100 – 200 million portfolios over more than a decade, including restructurings, acquisitions and dispositions
  • Represented borrower on $95 million mortgage loan and $30 million mezzanine loan providing acquisition financing for five properties
  • Represented borrower on $140 million Agency financing for 20 seniors housing properties located in eleven states
  • Represented borrower on $70 million acquisition loan secured by seven seniors housing properties
  • Represented borrower on $50 million HUD financing for seven skilled nursing facilities located in four states
